The knitted wire mesh is rolled to a specific diameter or available in different sizes and shapes. The material is 9# density and available in 4” and 6” thicknesses and the grade of the material is 316SS. Grids are available as an option.

Mistex pads are designed for the separation of mist and small liquid droplets from gas or a vapor stream. The vapor moves easily but the liquid, because of the density of the mesh, contacts the wire surfaces and holds. As volume enters the pad and collects, droplets grow in size, and as a result follow the wire down to the bottom of the mesh and fall. The vapor proceeds upward.

Coalescer plates are used in many applications including two and three phase knockout drums, separation of glycol and amines from natural gas liquids and kerosene absorbers.
